These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph365ph ("ph365ph," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ph365ph online gaming platform available at ph365ph.vip ("Platform"). By registering an account, accessing, or using the ph365ph Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the ph365ph Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By creating a ph365ph account or using any part of the ph365ph Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.2 ph365ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the ph365ph Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.3 These Terms apply to all users of the ph365ph Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the ph365ph Platform, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. ph365ph strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by persons under the age of 21. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 Jurisdiction. The ph365ph Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the ph365ph Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. ph365ph makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to use the ph365ph Platform: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have self-excluded from ph365ph or any other gaming platform; (c) employees, directors, officers, or agents of ph365ph or its affiliates; (d) persons acting on behalf of any of the foregoing.

2.4 ph365ph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) ph365ph account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph365ph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances and bonuses.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. ph365ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph365ph login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify ph365ph immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. ph365ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification. ph365ph may require you to complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. You agree to provide all documentation reasonably requested by ph365ph for this purpose, including but not limited to a valid government-issued Philippine identification document.

3.5 Account Termination. ph365ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where ph365ph reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the ph365ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph365ph does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies or any form of cryptocurrency.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. ph365ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer to Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be accepted. ph365ph does not accept credit card deposits for gaming transactions.

4.3 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the ph365ph Platform and are subject to change. ph365ph reserves the right to modify minimum transaction amounts at any time with reasonable notice.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC verification. ph365ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are indicative only.

4.5 Player Funds. ph365ph maintains player funds in accounts separate from operational funds. However, ph365ph does not guarantee the return of player funds in the event of insolvency. Players are advised to withdraw funds they do not intend to use for gaming.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ph365ph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current dormant account policy.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 ph365ph may offer bonuses, promotions, and other incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the bonus or promotion is offered.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the relevant bonus terms. ph365ph reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom where wagering requirements have not been met.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. ph365ph reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

5.4 ph365ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 All games available on the ph365ph Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game.

6.2 ph365ph uses certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology to ensure the fairness and randomness of game outcomes. Game results are independently audited to verify compliance with applicable fairness standards.

6.3 ph365ph reserves the right to void any bet or game result where a technical malfunction, error, or irregularity has occurred that may have affected the integrity of the game outcome.

6.4 Players are prohibited from using any software, tool, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over ph365ph or other players, including but not limited to bots, automated betting software, or collusion with other players.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the ph365ph Platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Creating or using more than one ph365ph account;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any other conduct that undermines the integrity of games;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph365ph staff or other players;
• Violating any applicable Philippine law or regulation in connection with your use of the Platform.

7.2 ph365ph reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 ph365ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your ph365ph account settings.

8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request self-exclusion through their ph365ph account settings or by contacting ph365ph customer support. Self-exclusion periods are available from a minimum of 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, ph365ph will use reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform.

8.3 ph365ph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement as part of its responsible gaming commitment. Players who are found to be under 21 will have their accounts terminated immediately and any funds deposited will be returned, less any amounts already wagered.

8.4 "Gambling is addictive. Know when to stop." 9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the ph365ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, and user interface elements, is the property of ph365ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph365ph Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ph365ph.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph365ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph365ph Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming funds resulting from technical malfunctions , service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your account.

10.2 ph365ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph365ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information obtained through the Platform.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph365ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy

11.1 ph365ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ph365ph Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 ph365ph may be required to disclose player information to PAGCOR or other Philippine regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable law. ph365ph will comply with all lawful requests from competent Philippine authorities.

12. Amendments

12.1 ph365ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph365ph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

12.2 Your continued use of the ph365ph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.2 ph365ph operates within the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any complaints or disputes that cannot be resolved directly with ph365ph may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its applicable procedures.

13.3 You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Philippines.
