This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how ph365ph ("ph365ph," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects the personal information of users ("Player," "User," or "you") who access or use the ph365ph online gaming platform available at ph365ph.vip ("Platform"). 5.1 ph365ph processes your personal data on the following legal bases under the Data Privacy Act of 2012:

• Legal Obligation: Processing necessary to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, including KYC verification, anti-money laundering requirements, and PAGCOR reporting obligations.

• Regulatory Authorities: PAGCOR, the National Privacy Commission (NPC), the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other Philippine government authorities, where disclosure is required by law or regulation.

8. Data Retention

8.2 In general, ph365ph retains account and transaction data for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. Gaming activity records may be retained for a longer period where required by applicable law.

8.3 Where personal data is no longer required for any lawful purpose, ph365ph will securely delete or anonymize such data in accordance with our data retention and disposal procedures.

9. Your Data Privacy Rights

9.1 Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by ph365ph:

• Right to be Informed: You have the right to be informed about how your personal data is collected, used, and processed by ph365ph.

10.1 ph365ph implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:

• SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the ph365ph Platform;
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including financial and identity information;
• Strict access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only;
• Regular security assessments and vulnerability testing of the Platform;

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph365ph login credentials and for ensuring the security of the device you use to access the Platform.

10.3 In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, ph365ph will notify you and the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

11. Children's Privacy

11.1 The ph365ph Platform is strictly intended for persons aged twenty-one (21) years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. ph365ph does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.

11.2 If ph365ph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to delete such data and close the associated account. If you believe that a minor has registered on the ph365ph Platform, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 15.

12. Third-Party Links

12.1 The ph365ph Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Policy applies only to the ph365ph Platform and does not cover the privacy practices of any third-party websites or services. ph365ph is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites. 13. International Data Transfers

13.1 ph365ph primarily stores and processes personal data within the Philippines. Where it is necessary to transfer personal data outside the Philippines — for example, to cloud infrastructure providers or international service partners — ph365ph will ensure that such transfers are made in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data.

14. Updates to This Privacy Policy

14.1 ph365ph reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal requirements, or Platform features. Where changes are material, ph365ph will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

14.2 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was most recently revised. Your continued use of the ph365ph Platform following the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
